CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders once placed can be cancelled within 3 hours of purchase by contacting our customer support team. Cancellations requested after this period may not be accepted as the order may already be processed or shipped.

If your order is successfully cancelled within the permitted timeframe, Microcare Services will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 7–14 days for the refund to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

Discounted or sale items are not eligible for cancellation.

Microcare Services will not process cancellations for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners.

In cases where the product has already been dispatched before the cancellation request is made, you may return the item in accordance with our Return and Refund Policies once it is delivered. Shipping charges incurred in such cases are non-refundable.

We intend to accept all valid cancellation requests. However, in the unlikely event that an order is cancelled beyond the permitted time or does not meet the policy requirements, the cancellation request may be denied.
